Audrey Chang
Vice President

Audrey Chang is a Vice President at The Harbour Group and focuses on corporate communications and strategic marketing campaigns that target consumer and business audiences. She specializes in generating media coverage of her clients' products and issues by filtering messages through a lifestyle lens. Ms. Chang also works on building advocacy programs for corporate clients by developing internal communications and training programs.

Ms. Chang has extensive communications and project management experience. She joined The Harbour Group from Burson-Marsteller, where she headed the agency's work with the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve to launch new $10 and $5 bills nationwide. The campaign included event staging, corporate partnerships, extensive print and electronic collateral development, advertising, direct outreach, and media relations. Previously, Ms. Chang served as Vice President of Communications at The Welfare to Work Partnership, where she worked with a Board of Fortune 500 companies to generate media coverage of welfare to work issues. Her other experience includes product and category marketing at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where she worked on an award-winning consumer marketing campaign. Prior to that, Ms. Chang served as Communications Director for a small health policy think tank.

Ms. Chang has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Arts in Public Communication from The American University. She was recently elected to the Trustees’ Council of Penn Women and serves as a mentor for a local small business through the Washington program of BusinessLINC, the Small Business Partnerships of the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
