Byron Fogan

Byron Fogan joins The Harbour Group as Vice President, having recently completed his legal studies at Albany Law School in Albany, New York. While there, Mr. Fogan tailored his classroom experiences to focus on issues of international law, including U.S. National Security, International Human Rights Law, and Pan-African and Middle East Policy.

Mr. Fogan is a former fellow of the Government Law Center at Albany Law School, where he developed and delivered legal training materials to enhance the good corporate governance of not-for-profit organizations under a program funded through the U.S. Department of Justice.

For over a decade prior to attending law school, Mr. Fogan successfully managed client interactions and communications in the telecommunications/high-speed data, cable, and media research industries, including positions with Verizon and its predecessors companies NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.

Mr. Fogan is a graduate of the Georgetown University College of Arts and Sciences in Washington, DC, where he earned a degree in international relations. Additionally, he has completed his J.D. at Albany Law School, where he was a recipient of both the Emerson Foundation and Parsons Scholarships and the Monroe (NY) County Bar Association Diversity Clerkship.
